This beautiful, luxurious house has access to a private beach and is located 30 minutes by car from Natal, the capital of Rio Grande do Norte, and 30 minutes from Natal International Airport, which has several flights a week from Lisbon with TAP. The flight takes only 7 hours and is the closest point to Brazil from Europe.

Other luxury features include , an outdoor shower, tropical gardens, a a smart TV (more than 200 channels), internet WiFi 4G LTE, a hi-fi music system, a pool ioniser machine are all included on the property.

The beach area north of Natal in Jacuma and Porto Mirim is considered one of the best parts of this strip of land. There are only 46 houses and most of them belong to politicians, doctors and businessmen from Natal. The area between the Naf Naf restaurant and the small creek in Porto Mirim is called the Golden Mile. The most attractive part of the Golden Mile is Porto Mirim with only 14 houses. Casa Monte Belo is situated in the most privileged location with no other properties in the immediate vicinity and a fantastic view of the bay, the village of Muriu, the dunes and the open sea.

There are four beach restaurants in total, of which Miramar is the best, a few metres from Casa Monte Belo, so easy to reach on foot. There are no discos, but a family environment. However, there are many parties during the New Year, and January is of course the holiday month.

In terms of rental income, the houses are rented out fairly constantly during Carnival, and during the year they are only occupied by the owners themselves from time to time. Some rent out through Booking and Airbnb, which is a very good way to earn extra income.

Casa Monte Belo is run by a housekeeper and a gardener, as well as a private cook and driver. Therefore, you can use your time to relax and unwind.
The climate is one of the best in the world, with temperatures ranging from about 18ºC to a maximum of 33ºC all year round and a light breeze from the sea which is very pleasant. In general, the humidity in this area is low.

Do not expect the typical European infrastructure. This is the tropics! The road with all the expensive houses is a dirt road, although some homeowners pave the road and the driveways to their properties, as in Casa Monte Belo. The road to Natal and the airport is excellent. Brazil is also known for its excellent doctors, so you don’t have to worry about your health. You and your loved ones are in good hands here.
